Anyone have any opinions on The Carter @ 4250?
I’m about to sign a lease here but am nervous about the area. The apartment got good reviews but not sure if they’re legit. The area itself isn’t the greatest but it looks like it’s sandwiched in between 2 safer areas. Really not sure if I should go with this place or not but the rent is cheap
