Speeding

I was caught doing 67 in a 45 and he lowered my ticket to 67 in a 55 so my fine is only 130. Is this worth doing ticket clinic or taking to court? I’m worried he will show up and I will end up paying more. Ticket clinic quoted me 99$. I have a clean record but this ticket is 3 points on my license.
