A 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of MD Mahfuzul Haque, a DoorDash driver, who was shot in Southwest Philadelphia. The suspect, Zakah Johnson, was already in custody for an unrelated crime when he was charged with the killing that occurred on July 7.
