'This is history': Pennsylvania 911 dispatcher reflects on Flight 93 call 25 years after 9/11
On the first day a county 911 center opened, a dispatcher received a 911 call from Flight 93, which crashed in Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001. John Shaw still remembers that call very clearly.
