What's parking like around The Viper Room on a Thursday night?

I haven't been down to the strip at night in quite a while so I was curious. I'm out near 7th and Ximeno. Power went out around 10:30. Already reported it to SCE. Curious how widespread this is. Edit: A couple of folks have noted that there is a serious fire over at Recreation Park/the golf course. Unsure if it's related, but seems possible.
